how to make
Bring apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to boil
Pour over finely sliced red onions and leave to marinate for 10 minutes
In a pan, fry chopped red onion and garlic in olive oil
Roughly blend beetroot and red beans
Mix with all of the patty’s ingredients
Form a patty
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in pan and cook patty for 3-4 minutes on each side
Top with slice of Nurishh Cheddar Style Slices
Toast the bun
Spread layer of mustard on bottom bun and add lettuce, patty, tomato, pickle and pickled onions
